Get Psyched for Cycling

As temperatures dip and the leaves start changing colors, bike enthusiasts seem to be out in record numbers.  Indeed, cycling is a growing pastime, and bikers range from beginners and families out to exercise together, to serious racers.  For those with back, knee or foot pain, cycling can be easier on your body, and a great way to remain active. With any kind of activity, overdoing it is always a risk and we’ve got services for that!  After your next cycling adventure, consider following up with targeted cryotherapy and assisted stretching in our office. We’ll get you in and out quickly, and you’ll be back at it in no time – pain free!
